The revised form is much clearer. The only thing i'd change is the default option in the first select box. Change it to '--- Select a destination ---' It isnt entirely clear what the box is for as it just says 'Please select'. I might also change '7 nights' to 'For 7 nights' - and prefix the departure airport with 'From' just to be clear its the departure airport. I too am a designer/developer in the travel industry.
