Shreddies arrive in Australia

So 2005 draws to a close. In just two short hours, assuming you’re based in the same time zone as me, we’ll be in a New Year. So, what on earth do you right about such a big year. A year, I think it’s fair to say, that was my best yet. A big call – even from me.

So rather than waffle on with rose tinted specs, here are just a few memories from the last 12 months.

  • Getting engaged
  • Finished ‘Trapped’ working via 3 different continents
  • Mary Poppins
  • Bo Zenga
  • Back in the UK
  • Palm Springs Baby
  • In2Life
  • Spreading the word on Nick Dare
  • New Zealand – the most beautiful place on earth
  • Richard Shepherd (but the other one)
  • Los Angeles, and a world of experiences
  • St Kilda, a let down
  • Friends that have come, friends that have gone
  • Not enough writing, but lots of new experiences
  • Meeting the Yowie
  • Walking on fire, and then wanting more
  • Shreddies arrive in Australia
  • Nudie runs
  • Turin Brakes, Sigur Ros, and X&Y/Fix You
  • Inspiration from Michel Gondry and Mark Romanek
  • Darlinghurst and Latteria
  • Not being able to go to the Zu
  • Learning more about me

That’s enough for now. 2006 is going to be a bigger year. Expect to hear about The Yowie, The Great Ocean Road, Call of the Wild and much much more. We’re kicking off with a music video, and there’ll be more details soon. Until then, to me, to you, Happy New Year!
